| Mr. Y.D. Malhotra earned Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law degrees from Delhi University, India. He has a working experience of over forty years . He has worked with American Embassy, New Delhi, India between 1963 and 1972. He was employed with High Commission of Canada, New Delhi, India from 1972 to 2001. During his employment as Designated Immigration Officer (Visa Officer), he was responsible for processing and finalizing applications besides working as a resource person to other officers. He acquired a wealth of knowledge about Canadian Immigration Act and Regulations by attending several meetings, seminars and training programs in India and Canada. We have successfully represented the cases of a number of clients from India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Fiji, Iran, United States of America, Kosovo and Nepal. |
